Terms of Use
These terms govern your use of the public CryoTrak website at cryotrak.com. If you are running a paid pilot or production deployment of the CryoTrak monitoring platform, your use is governed by a separate signed Master Services Agreement, not by this page.
What you can do here
You are welcome to read everything on cryotrak.com, link to it, and share it with anyone who might find it useful. You may use the “Request Early Access” form to start a conversation with us. You may quote short passages with attribution.
What you cannot do
- Scrape, copy, or republish substantial portions of the site without our written permission.
- Use any automated tool to overload the site, probe for vulnerabilities (other than as described in our Security page), or interfere with normal operation.
- Misrepresent yourself when contacting us. We may decline to respond to inquiries that appear to be spam, fake, or sent on behalf of someone other than the named submitter.
- Use any CryoTrak word mark, logo, or trade dress without written permission. CRYOTRAK™ is a trademark of CryoTrak, Inc.
Accuracy and forward-looking statements
cryotrak.com describes a product that is actively under development. Some features shown in the live demo at demo.cryotrak.com are simulated for illustrative purposes; we mark these clearly within the demo itself. Numbers shown in marketing materials (forecast accuracy, sublimation rates, lead times, ROI calculations) are estimates based on internal testing and published industry research. They are not guarantees of performance for your specific shipments, packaging, lanes, or operating conditions. Production performance is established during pilot deployments under signed agreement.
Patents and trademarks
CryoTrak technology is protected by one or more pending patent applications filed with the United States Patent and Trademark Office. The CRYOTRAK word mark is the subject of a pending federal trademark application (USPTO Serial 99769688, Classes 9 and 42). All rights reserved. Any technical disclosure beyond what is published on cryotrak.com requires a signed mutual non-disclosure agreement.
Third-party links
The site occasionally links to third-party resources (FAA studies, regulatory references, technology partners). We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or availability.
No warranty on the public site
We try to keep cryotrak.com accurate and online, but we provide it “as is” without warranty of any kind. We do not warrant that the site will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that information on it is current at any given moment. Pilot and production customers receive specific service-level commitments under their separate agreements.
Limitation of liability for site use
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CryoTrak, Inc. is not liable to you for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of cryotrak.com. This does not limit any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law (for example, fraud, gross negligence, or wilful misconduct).
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising from or relating to your use of cryotrak.com that cannot be resolved informally will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Essex County, Massachusetts, and you consent to that venue.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be summarised at the top of this page for at least 30 days after they take effect.
